Who we are
We are a new business with a small team, with links to many contacts in the commercial world. Our team consists of :
Ken Smith BA CA
Ken Smith qualified with Deloittes in Glasgow. After spending four years with the Firm's Kenya practice, he returned to the UK and became CFO of Alphameric plc, a listed IT technology group.
He set up his own consultancy practice in 1996, assisting SMEs with their business problems and opportunities.
Ken joined Clarity Commerce Solutions plc in 2008, becoming CEO and led the businesses during a complex turnaround. The business was acquired in 2011.
Ken was also a founder and Chair of Memset Ltd, a successful IT business, which was sold in March 2020 to Iomart plc.
Maggie Walsh
Maggie trained as a healthcare professional, working in the NHS and private healthcare over many years, latterly leading a specialist team.
In 2016 she established PjurMed, a German company, in the specialised UK medical market, and built a considerable database of medical consultants and charities for whom PjurMed's products were invaluable.
Maggie provides administrative support and research for Lumino.
