Who We Are
Lumino Business Insight was established by Ken Smith CA. Over some 30+ years Ken has assisted a large number of SMEs with their business needs, whether as employee, CFO, CEO, Chairman or consultant.
Ken has sat of many Company boards, including three listed IT groups, and his expertise and experience includes high-growth, fund-raising, turnarounds, change-management and M&A, as well as a myriad of day-to day opportunities and issues.
Ken thoroughly enjoys the world of the SME and thrives on helping aspiring entrepreneurs and business managers optimise their outcomes, both personally and as a business.
